2017 Spring Concert

The Choir held another successful and very enjoyable Christmas Concert in December, after which we said farewell to Angela Doughty, our conductor for over twenty years.

To mark the Society’s 70th anniversary our Spring Concert programme will comprise some of the most popular choral works that the choir has sung over its seventy years of performing choral music in and around Ampthill. Items will include Faure’s Requiem, Vivaldi’s Gloria and choruses from Handel’s Messiah. The Society is delighted that Karen Beer has taken up the baton and will be conducting the choir at the Spring Concert.

We look forward to seeing you at the concert in May.
